Sara Wren

Sara Wren, originally from Kentucky and now based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a three-season Oh La La Dancewear Crew Elite PRO, the 2025 ID Dance It Girl, ID Trendsetter of the Year, ID Top Influencer, and ID’s Most Viral Dancer. She is a three-time National Champion, multiple National Title Holder, Revel Dance Elite Reveler Winner, and an Elect Dancer and Titans Force Assistant with Embody.

Sara trains through Blake Stanley’s homeschool program and Body Breaker’s Advanced Tribe program. She has launched two Oh La La Dancewear collections and an It Girl Collection with ID Dance, and competes with the Elite National Team at Evolve Dance Complex under Chelsea Sebes.

In addition to her dance achievements, Sara is also a model and actor, with projects for brands such as Progressive and GapKids.
